First confirm that the correct 2026 token is being used. Tokens obtained for SAAIO 2025 competition will not work in the 2026 competition.
Check for spaces in the token entry input field. If there is a space delete it and try again.
If you are still unable to enter the platform, send us an email and include the token you have been allocated and a screenshot of the error message.

Yes. Registration for the 2026 SAAIO will remain open till 6th February 2026.
You will need about 1 to 1.5 hours to complete the round.
